How is the program progressing from a business perspective?
You can leave the actual recruitment process to us, by first defining exactly what kind of talent you are looking for. We’ll take care of the marketing, candidate evaluation and training planning, and you can focus on delivering results in the meantime. Your input will be needed for the next round of interviews, where we will have shortlisted the best candidates for you.
1. Planning and programme preparation
The programme will be designed together with the client company and tailored to your needs.
2. Marketing and recruitment
The marketing campaign and recruitment process lasts 4-6 weeks, during which time Barona IT introduces the potential candidates to the client company.
3. Selection and start of employment
The client company interviews and selects the participants in the programme. Individuals are recruited either by Barona IT or directly by the client.
4. Training
Barona IT is responsible for the coordination and organisation of the training courses together with the selected trainers. The training schedule will be agreed with the client.
5. End of the programme
At the end of the training programme, the recruits will continue to work for the client company, as agreed.

The programs are aimed at professionals who have already worked in software development or other technical roles in IT. The program can also be targeted at recruiting substantive experts from completely different industries who are needed for IT consultancy tasks. The selected individuals will be highly skilled professionals who are looking for new challenges and want to develop their skills in modern technologies.

Recent university graduates with some work experience in the field but who need additional training in the technology used by the company.
Experts
A software developer, technical expert or other relevant professional with several years of experience in the field, a desire to learn about new technologies and an interest in continuing their own career development.

Experienced software developer or technical specialist with a longer career behind them, but whose technical career development has stalled. Want to update their skills.
How does the program progress from the applicant’s point of view?
1. Apply for the program
Apply for the program that is starting.
2. Interviews
We will interview all candidates suitable for the role, either remotely or face-to-face by appointment.
3. Introductions to the company
We will introduce potential candidates to company representatives who will make the interview decisions.
4. Company interviews and selection
Selected candidates will be invited for interviews with the company, after which the company will make decisions on the candidates to be admitted to the program.
5. Training contract
Training contracts are signed, and the journey towards new goals begins.
6. Participation in the program
You will familiarise yourself with and carry out work tasks already suitable for you during the program and participate in the training days included in the program.
