What kind of roles do we have?
We have people in various roles, such as operative, marketing, HR, management, sales, business development, etc.
However, most of our people work in one of these three roles:
Our sourcing team takes care of the most time-consuming and often the most challenging part of recruitment – the initial part of attracting the talent. In practice, this consists of sourcing the candidates from different channels and making the first contact.
Talent Acquisition Consultant
Handling of the whole talent search, from start to finish. Meaning, that they specify the role with a Client, search and contact the candidates, do the initial interview, and present the candidates to the client.
Working at the Client’s premises, in-house consultants handle the whole technical talent acquisition process and recruitment cycle for the client, including internal recruiting.
